All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment within 24 hours of being placed. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed or cancelled sometimes, we are unable to do it after a certain point.

If you require cancellation of an order, please contact us by phone 1-800-351-6106 within 24 hours of your order processing. Our hours of operations are: Monday through Friday 8am – 9pm EST, Saturday 9am – 8pm EST.

Please note: requesting cancellation via email cannot ensure cancellation as it may take 24-48 hours to be responded to so we do recommend contacting us by phone immediately within 24 hours to ensure it can be cancelled in time

If your order cannot be cancelled, please contact us by phone or by email upon receipt of your order shipment to receive a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) and instructions to return the order for a full refund of the product price.
